Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand within government agencies and public sector clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in government entities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal) to customize solutions for government clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to public sector requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for government sector revenue.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on government or public sector clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance (e.g., e-catalog, direct tenders).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (and Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to navigate bureaucratic structures and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for client meetings.
