Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention within an assigned enterprise portfolio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building long-term, trusted-advisor relationships.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality, tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting to demonstrate value and ROI to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of account activities within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or account management, preferably within the technology/SaaS sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create data-driven account strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
