Responsibility

  • Deliver safe and effective dialysis treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and patient care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, fluid balance, and response to treatment, documenting observations accurately.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding kidney disease management and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards and maintain a sterile, safe dialysis environment.
  • Administer medications and perform clinical interventions as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance dialysis service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest renal care best practices and attend professional development training.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification, with valid nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in dialysis, nephrology, or critical care.
  • Proven ability to operate dialysis machines and interpret laboratory results related to renal function.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Knowledge of renal disease pathology and treatment modalities, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical nursing practices.
