Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, self-care, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
