Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment, reporting any concerns to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of dialysis equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
- Document patient progress, treatment details, and any adverse reactions in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families, addressing concerns and fostering a positive treatment experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in dialysis care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or enrollment certification in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in dialysis, nephrology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
