Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive English language training programs aligned with business needs and employee skill levels.
- Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, workbooks, and digital resources, tailored to adult learners.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify language gaps and customize training solutions for departments or individuals.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) using modern pedagogical techniques to maximize participation and retention.
- Evaluate and track learner progress through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate language training with broader talent development initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices in corporate language training and incorporate innovative tools (e.g., e-learning platforms, gamification).
- Provide one-on-one coaching for executives or high-potential employees requiring specialized language support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in a corporate or adult education setting.
- Proven ability to design curriculum and instructional materials for diverse proficiency levels (Beginner to Advanced).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with learners from various cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a hybrid work model if required.
