Responsibility
- Monitor and inspect machinery, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to determine root causes of technical problems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and automation.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
