Responsibility
- Perform complex assembly, testing, and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze technical data to troubleshoot malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct design modifications and prototype evaluations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, equipment configurations, and experimental results.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and yield.
- Utilize precision measurement tools and diagnostic software to verify component performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using precision hand tools and electronic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Solid understanding of cleanroom protocols and ISO quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work shifts if required and maintain high performance under tight deadlines.
