Responsibility
- Collaborate with supervisors and outsourcing teams to execute assigned technical tasks efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on engineering systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Document technical processes, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical or engineering support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with engineering tools, equipment, and software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a contract-based employment structure.
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus.
