Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including equipment maintenance, process optimization, and quality control.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, and quality assurance) to streamline workflows and meet organizational goals.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on production metrics, resource utilization, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead training programs for staff on new technologies, safety protocols, and best practices in engineering.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and automation systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CMMS software is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
