Responsibility
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) inspections on engineering projects to ensure adherence to industry standards and company specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, including testing protocols and inspection checklists.
- Prepare detailed reports on QA/QC findings, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions for management review.
- Ensure all engineering documentation complies with local and international regulations, including ISO standards.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of documentation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on QA/QC best practices and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC, technical documentation, or a related engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and engineering standards.
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CAD software, or documentation platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the power, controls, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
