Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and technical emergencies to ensure minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the installation and upgrading of new equipment and systems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
