Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Support molding processes, including tooling setup, material selection, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, QA) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and process specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of molded products to verify compliance with industry and company standards.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of engineering materials and equipment.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in molding technologies and project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, or molding (internships count!).
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or ISO standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
