Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize optical systems, components, or precision engineering solutions.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping for new engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product excellence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team (for Senior/Manager roles).
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in optical/precision engineering.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years for Engineers, 5+ for Senior/Manager) in optical design, precision mechanics, or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in tools like Zemax, CODE V, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or MATLAB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural setting.
- Experience with project management, ISO standards, or lean manufacturing is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work in a hybrid/remote setup as needed.
