Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive electrical maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of systems and equipment.
- Prepare and manage budget plans and material procurement for maintenance projects, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance productivity.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate hazards in electrical operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with organizational goals and timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical systems, recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory for reporting and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes and international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills, with a track record of cost optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
