Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage project budgets and expenditures.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to align project goals.
- Continuously improve project planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar role in the engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
