Responsibility
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Develop and review CAD layouts to support project requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, risks, and resource needs for project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and compliance records.
- Liaise with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, project coordination, or engineering support roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and procurement management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
