Responsibility
- Lead and manage a technical team to support CNC precision product development and process optimization.
- Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring adherence to aerospace and aviation industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and aerospace/aviation industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
