Responsibility
- Manage daily cashiering operations, including processing transactions, reconciling cash drawers, and generating financial reports.
- Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of refilled products to clients and distribution centers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to streamline plant operations and resolve logistical challenges.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on cash flow, dispatch schedules, and inventory status to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all operational tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cashiering, inventory management, or dispatching, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in plant operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
