Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and budget targets are met.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, R&D, quality assurance) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and coach engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, TPM).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
