Responsibility
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure all technical projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align technical operations with business objectives in the F&B sector.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of equipment and systems to support F&B operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative technologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on technical performance, budget utilization, and project milestones to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of F&B production processes, equipment, and automation systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO, and other industry-specific standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
