  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative technologies and best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on technical performance, budget utilization, and project milestones to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B production processes, equipment, and automation systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Familiarity with HACCP, ISO, and other industry-specific standards is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
