Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers to execute operational and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new engineering systems and upgrades.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on operations and maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, asset management, and reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in using CAD, CMMS, or other engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or other relevant industry standards.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
