Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of automated agribusiness infrastructure, including IoT systems, robotics, and data-driven solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business goals and operational needs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of automation projects.
- Implement best practices in engineering processes, including Agile methodologies, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies into our agribusiness solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field).
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing automation systems, preferably in agribusiness or related industries.
- Strong technical expertise in IoT, robotics, PLC programming, or data analytics.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
