Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of etch processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance tuning for etch tools.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to improve yield and process efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices in semiconductor process engineering.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor etching.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on etch processes.
- Hands-on experience with etch tools (e.g., plasma etch, wet etch) and process characterization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with DOE (Design of Experiments), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
- Certifications in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
