Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Drive technical excellence by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and applications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
