Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align engineering initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and DevOps to ensure robust, secure, and efficient systems.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team.
- Act as a technical advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on technology trends and investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale, complex technical projects.
- Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern development frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
