You will support our Engineering team in ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities, from guest rooms to public areas, through daily maintenance, repairs, and operational tasks. Responsibility
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of hotel fixtures, furniture, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all maintenance operations.
- Provide support during hotel events or emergencies as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and use hand/power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting and climbing.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance is a plus.
