Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, from onboarding to project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure seamless execution of service agreements.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and recommend strategic improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in client engagement, account management, or professional services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working with clients in Southeast Asia or Greater China is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the region as needed.
