Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Bali region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Würth Industry’s solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Bali region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
