Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to design and deliver training programs focused on workplace conduct, diversity, and inclusion.
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions, recommending improvements as needed.
- Facilitate mediation and negotiation between employees and management to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure all employee relations documentation is accurately maintained and stored in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on local and international labor laws, best practices, and trends in employee relations to continuously improve HR strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience applying them in a workplace setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proven experience in conducting workplace investigations and mediating disputes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
