Responsibility
- Develop and implement Employee & Industrial Relations strategies to enhance workplace harmony and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations with unions and employee representatives.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Design and conduct training programs on labor relations, HR policies, and workplace ethics.
- Monitor industrial relations trends and advise senior management on proactive measures.
- Collaborate with HR teams to align ER/IR policies with business objectives and cultural values.
- Prepare reports and presentations on ER/IR metrics for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee/Industrial Relations, preferably in retail or large-scale organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, Manpower Regulations, and industrial relations frameworks.
- Proven track record in conflict resolution, negotiation, and collective bargaining.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification in HR or Industrial Relations (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with high integrity and confidentiality.
