You will also manage employee contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), performance reviews, and BPJS administration, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for local and expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies.
  • Administer HRIS systems, maintaining accurate employee data, contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and performance records.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, BPJS contributions, and statutory reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll and HR data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Support performance review cycles, including data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in HR projects, such as process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and compliance audits.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and HR-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, HRIS management, or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., CHRP, CPP) is a plus.
