In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador for our internal and external workforce. You will be responsible for developing, refining, and amplifying our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure Erajaya remains the employer of choice in a highly competitive market. You will blend creative storytelling with data-driven HR strategies to enhance our recruitment marketing, internal engagement, and overall talent brand visibility.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with Erajaya’s corporate identity and business goals.
- Manage and optimize the company's presence on professional platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glassdoor) to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials that attract high-quality candidates.
- Plan and implement internal communication programs to boost employee engagement, retention, and pride in the company culture.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our EVP and maintain a competitive edge.
- Organize and represent Erajaya at career fairs, campus hiring events, and industry networking functions.
- Measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives through key metrics such as applicant flow, brand sentiment, and employee satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital recruitment trends.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and social media management platforms is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign analysis.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
