Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple legal entities within the EMEA region.
- Validate payroll data, including salary changes, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare detailed reports for internal management and external auditors.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline data integration and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in international tax legislation and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, specifically with EMEA region exposure.
- Strong proficiency in payroll software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of international tax structures, social security contributions, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively in a multi-timezone environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
