Responsibility
- Craft bespoke cocktails with precision, speed, and artistic presentation.
- Maintain an impeccable knowledge of our signature beverage menu and premium spirit selection.
- Deliver anticipatory, high-end hospitality to an international clientele.
- Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and requisition orders with high attention to detail.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the bar manager to develop seasonal menus and limited-time offerings.
- Ensure the bar environment remains pristine and organized during high-volume service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a bartender in a high-volume, luxury hotel or beach club.
- Advanced knowledge of mixology techniques, modern flavor profiles, and garnishing styles.
- Exceptional command of English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a warm, hospitable demeanor.
- Strong team player with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
