Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to elementary students, fostering a love for the language.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with the schoolās eco-friendly and holistic curriculum.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate cross-curricular themes and project-based learning.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
