Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of server hardware, including motherboards, power supplies, and cooling systems, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on electronic components using advanced tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Document and analyze test results, identifying defects or performance issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to refine product designs based on test feedback and field data.
- Assemble, configure, and calibrate test setups for new server prototypes and production models.
- Maintain accurate records of test procedures, failures, and resolutions in compliance with quality assurance protocols.
- Stay updated on emerging electronics testing methodologies and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in developing test scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive testing processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, hardware validation, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware, PCBs, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) and testing methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
