Responsibility
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams in executing civil and road infrastructure projects within mining operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and environmental compliance in all activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment and roadway downtime.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and production teams to align maintenance activities with operational priorities.
- Conduct regular inspections of roads, bridges, and civil structures, identifying and addressing potential hazards or wear.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Train and mentor team members on technical skills, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and improvements for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, road maintenance, or mining infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in road construction, heavy equipment operation, and structural maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, Indonesian mining regulations, and environmental safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, or similar software for planning and documentation.
- Ability to work in remote or challenging environments with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
