Responsibility
- Perform PCBA soldering and rework with high precision using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Debug and troubleshoot PCBAs using functional test methods to identify and resolve defects.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electronic components and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in electronic assemblies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines to prevent damage to sensitive components.
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing and debugging processes.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PCBA soldering, rework, and debugging.
- Proficiency in using soldering equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and functional testing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ESD safety practices and quality control standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
