Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate electronic products to potential customers in retail stores and events.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to maximize product visibility.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical features in a simple, engaging manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and customer demographics is highly desirable.
