Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on a wide range of electronic products, including smartphones, laptops, home appliances, and smart devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings to deliver accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and in-store campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and junior staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer demographics.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic products, specifications, and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
