Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on a wide range of electronic products, including smartphones, laptops, home appliances, and smart devices.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product launches, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, product displays, and merchandising to optimize sales opportunities.
- Document customer feedback and market insights to support product development and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics sales, retail, or product consulting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic products, including specifications, functionalities, and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales management tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
