Responsibility
- Perform end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced electronics systems and sub-systems.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance schedules to ensure zero downtime and maximum equipment longevity.
- Analyze technical malfunctions and implement root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for field operations and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams to provide feedback on product reliability and design enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and maintenance logs in compliance with industry standards.
- Support the integration and testing of new hardware components and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electronics maintenance, repair, or field service.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Strong understanding of PCB component-level troubleshooting and schematic interpretation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with mission-critical systems or industrial automation (DSC/TE focus) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
