Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and control panels.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in industrial machinery to minimize downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and test new electromechanical equipment in accordance with technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement system upgrades for improved efficiency and performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for all serviced equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment usage and safety procedures.
- Adhere to OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and motor controls.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
