We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Electrician Helper to join our maintenance team in Makati City. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and plumbing systems across our properties. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our senior technicians, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that all field operations are executed efficiently. As part of this role, you will also be required to operate company vehicles, requiring a high level of responsibility and strict adherence to road safety standards.
Responsibility
- Assist senior electricians and plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Conduct regular field inspections to ensure facility systems are functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing issues under supervision.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to avoid equipment failures.
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles or motorcycles for field assignments.
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working condition.
- Document daily work orders and report technical findings to the supervisor.
- Ensure all site work complies with local building and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- At least a High School diploma or Vocational/Technical course certification.
- Previous experience in electrical or plumbing maintenance is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (for motorcycle or car).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Residency in or around Makati City is preferred for accessibility.
