Responsibility
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and Work Instructions (WI) to assemble wiring harnesses and electrical components accurately.
- Collaborate with assembly team members to complete machine assembly within specified timelines and quality standards.
- Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and terminal connections with precision to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect and test assembled electrical systems to verify compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or assembly issues, documenting discrepancies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of materials, tools, and equipment required for assembly tasks.
- Follow all company policies, including EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines, to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical wiring assembly, preferably in manufacturing or automation industries.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, wire stripping, and terminal connections.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools and measurement instruments.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 20 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S methodologies is a plus.
