Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
- Inspect and maintain utility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and backup power generators to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to electrical and utility-related emergencies to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and compliance checks to adhere to company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical and utility systems as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or operational teams when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, utility systems, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
- Familiarity with utility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and backup power generators.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting electrical and utility issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
