Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and automation systems, to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Perform functional tests, insulation resistance tests, and continuity checks on electrical installations to verify performance and safety.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring all systems are validated before handover to clients.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure all testing and commissioning activities adhere to local regulations, safety protocols, and company quality standards.
- Provide technical support to field teams during installation and commissioning, including on-site supervision and guidance.
- Document all testing procedures, results, and deviations, maintaining accurate records for project compliance and future reference.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in testing, commissioning, or maintenance of electrical systems, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers, and relay test sets.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes, standards (e.g., IEC, PUIL), and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document technical reports and present findings clearly.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
