Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical faults or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and calibration records.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new electrical components and systems.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Provide technical support to production teams during equipment-related issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, PLCs, or industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etch, or lithography tools) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior engineers.
