Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of industrial material handling equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure machine longevity and operational reliability.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals effectively.
- Install, calibrate, and test electrical components, sensors, and control systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports for all completed tasks.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards, local electrical regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance or electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and PLC systems.
- Ability to operate testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
